This long roundtrip climbs the ridge from San Pietro al Natisone to Mt. Matajur. Departure is "Alberone" Kart track near Clenia. From Klancic pass starts le long rise towards Mt. San Canziano. Once in Makota te road crosses from Alberone valley to Natiosne valley and keeps climbing to Mezzana. Then the climb continues along a beautiful valley to Rodda and the to Mersino Alto. From here another pleasant roads reaches Glevizza pass, at 997 meters above the sea, and comes again into Alberone Valley. From Montemaggiore a steep descent on asphalted road to Ieronizza and then another country road runs to Savogna. Arrival at starting point is along the main road. The country roads are all in good conditions and overviews are very large and amazing all over the entire Valli del Natisone area.

0,1 - Main road: turn left towards Clenia.
0,3 - Take the first road on the right towarsd the village. Once at the street end, turn left.
0,6 - Just behind Clenia Church turn right and just few meters ahead take the small road still on the right.
0,9 - Forking, turn left along the normal road that begins to climb.
1,5 226 Shortly after Klancic saddle, the small Chapel and the War Memorial, take the country road on the right that passes below "Alle Querce" restaurant. Now the ountry road raises in the wood.
3,3 320 Fork after a steep slope: turn left.
3,3 320 Makota, small hut with a little Mary. Turn right. A steep stretch begins.
3,5 355 Junction: turn left following signs to "Mezzana". The right road goes to Vernassino.
5,3 460 Mezzana. End of country road: go ahead. The road on the left descents to Ponteacco.
5,5 463 Take the ramp in cement that raises at the left of the fountain. Climb is even steep, but after the third hairpin bend the country road becomes softly and starts toi descent towards Rodda.
8,8 575 Scubina. Normal road. Go ahead.
9,8 - Shortly after "Tuomaz" sign turn right in front of the first house of the village. Stay on right. Shortly after starts another country road.
10,3 - Fork on a bend: turn left.
10,4 630 Fork: stay on the main contry road always on the left. "No thoroughfare" sign "L.R. 15/91". Begins a long stretch in the woods until Mersino Alto.
14,2 755 Oballa. Country road ends. Stay on the right entering the village, then go straight on.
14,6 - Medves. Near the fountain take the normal road that climbs on the right.
14,8 - Ierep. At the first junction on an hairpin bend go ahead. Roads continues climbing.
15,3 840 Normal road ends on a nice fork below a great tree. Straight there is the San Lorenzo Church. Take the country road on the right that climbs the mountain side. The road-bed is good and slope never too hard.
18,1 997 Glevizza pass. There is a shelter (closed) on the small wood in the right. This is the highest point of the roundrip. From here starts the descent on the Alberone valley.
20,2 947 Montemaggiore. Country road ends. The road on the left goes to Pelizzo shelter on Mt. Matajur (4 km long and 380 meters gradient). Take the descent on the right.
20,9 - Fork to Barza: go ahead, always descending.
22,3 - Stermizza. Cross teh village along the main road.
26,0 360 Ieronizza. Take the country road on the right before crossing the road. Thish contry road sometimes is no larger than a path, but always runnable on bike.
28,1 - Junciton with the country road that comes down from Costa. Stay on the left. Shortly after the bend there are the first houses of Savogna.
28,4 224 Savogna. Country road ends in the village and begins asphalted road. Take the left hairpin bend that passes towards the Church and then go down towards the main road.
28,9 210 Cross with the main road: turn right.
29,8 205 Cedron. Go ahead.
31,7 - Cocevaro. Still ahead.
32,4 - Tarpezzo. Continue along the old road on the right that crosses the village.
32,8 - Main road again. Go right.
33,1 - After the small climb, on the right curve, take the country road on the left towards the Kart track.
33,5 160 Arrival at departing point.
